2020 – 2021 Request for Application

Applications will be accepted for breast health or programs to reduce breast cancer disparities for the fiscal year April 1, 2020, to March 31, 2021. Projects that specifically address the objectives outlined in the “Funding Priorities” section in the application will be given priority.

Komen Chicago will host two workshops to help potential applicants’ better respond to the Request For Application (RFA). New applicants are required to attend a workshop before applying for a Komen Chicago grant. If you are a current Affiliate grantee, you are not required to attend the workshop, although it is advised to learn about the new Komen Grants Portal online system.
